No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The preceding restriction does not prevent us from using vendors that process text messages or related data solely on our behalf and subject to contractual confidentiality and use restrictions, or from disclosing information when required by law. We do not sell or rent mobile information or text-messaging consent.

When We Disclose Information

Except for mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data as specifically protected above, we may disclose information:

• To vendors that provide hosting, analytics, payment processing, communications, database, security, compliance, and other operational services on our behalf.

• To comply with campaign-finance reporting or other legal requirements, lawful process, or government requests.
